How long have you been photographing weddings?
I photographed my first wedding in 1994, at a time when everything was still shot on film. For many years, weddings were only a small part of my work. Over time, as my style became more documentary and less posed, they began to feel like a natural fit.
Weddings are emotional, joyful, and full of meaningful moments. I feel lucky every time I’m invited into such an important day. Being present for that much love, connection, and history all in one place never gets old.
What is your wedding photography style?
I focus on capturing real, emotional moments as your day naturally unfolds. I don’t work from a rigid shot list, but I always take time to understand what matters most to you.
I’m drawn to the genuine moments, the hugs, the tears, and the spontaneous laughter. My favorite photos are often the ones you didn’t even realize were happening. Those honest, fleeting moments are what show what the day truly felt like.
Do you photograph LGBTQ+ or nontraditional weddings?
Yes, absolutely. LGBTQ+ weddings and nontraditional celebrations are always welcome. I’m committed to creating an inclusive, affirming experience where every couple feels comfortable, respected, and fully themselves on their wedding day.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes. I’m based in Sayulita, Mexico, but I regularly travel for weddings in San Francisco, Napa, and destinations near and far.
I love combining storytelling with travel, and I’m always happy to talk through logistics if your wedding is outside my home base.
Are digital files included?
Yes. Every wedding package includes a full gallery of edited, high resolution images.
You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can download, share, and print your photos in any way that feels right to you.
When will we receive our photos?
You’ll receive a sneak peek on Instagram within a couple of days after your wedding.
Your full gallery will be delivered within two months. In many cases, it’s ready sooner, especially during the off season.
Do you offer photo albums?
I do. I design custom albums with linen covers and clean, timeless layouts.
You can choose an embossed title or a favorite image for the cover.
